Meal discoveries, you never know when they could happen! This morning when I was eating breakfast I reached for what I thought was cinnamon and poured it into my yogurt. As it turned out – it was celery seed. I had a conference call coming up and didn’t have time to make another breakfast. So I ate it and guess what? It was delicious.
- 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 1 chopped apple
- 7-10 walnut halves
- 1-2 teaspoons of honey
- a few dashes of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of celery seed
