Quick & Easy Homemade Peanut Sauce

Quick & Easy Homemade Peanut Sauce

Looking to add a burst of flavor to your meals without the guilt? This sweet and tangy easy peanut sauce is your answer! Packed with nutrients and made from pantry staples, it’s the perfect companion for your healthy dinners. Whether you’re dipping, drizzling, or dressing, this sauce will level up any dish.

Choosing the Right Peanut Butter

Not all peanut butter is created equal! If you already have a jar, great—use it up. But when buying more, look for peanut butter with just peanuts (and maybe a pinch of salt).

Skip those loaded with added sugars, hydrogenated oils, or other ultra-processed extras. (Curious what counts as ultra-processed? Check out this guide for the scoop!) Then, head over to the Non-UPF Program to learn more.

Tasty Tip: For a hint of sweetness without added sugar, try stirring in a teaspoon of honey to your peanut butter-based sauces. You’ll love the touch of natural sweetness!

Coconut Aminos: The Soy Sauce Swap

Soy sauce is delicious, but it’s often loaded with sodium. Enter coconut aminos—a gluten-free alternative that’s lower in sodium yet equally rich in umami flavor. Plus, it’s perfect for those avoiding soy!

The Zesty Boost of Lime Juice

A squeeze of lime takes any dish from good to great, adding a tangy twist while giving you a vitamin C boost. Just half a lime provides about 11-13% of your daily vitamin C needs, supporting a healthy immune system. (1,2)

Flavor Tip: Keep fresh lime wedges handy! They not only enhance flavor but also make dishes look vibrant and inviting.
