Green Salad


  • Chopped celery
  • Chopped avocado
  • Chopped green pear
  • Chopped purple onion
  • Black beans and pinto beans
  • Baby spinach (tastes best chopped)
  • Brown rice, quinoa or grain of choice
  • Feta
  • Dressing of choice


  1. Wash and chop veggies, pear and avocado -place in bowl
  2. Add beans and grains of your choice
  3. Toss all ingredients and plate
  4. Top with feta and salad dressing

Persian Cucumber Salad


  • Chopped persian cucumber
  • Pinto bean or bean of choice
  • Smoke Gouda


  1. Wash and chop persian cucumber
  2. Add beans and smoked goud
  3. Add dressing
